个人简介Biography

潘梦阳是西南财经大学经济与管理研究院管理学副教授, 博士生导师。她获得了俄亥俄州立大学费舍商学院管理科学博士学位,研究兴趣主要包括中小企业管理,创新创业,和医疗管理。她的研究发表在多个管理学领域的知名期刊。

Mengyang Pan is Assistant Professor at Research Institute of Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China. She received her Ph.D. in the field of management science at Fisher School of Business in The Ohio State University, and MBA with specialization in supply chain management from Iowa State University. Her research interests include small/minority business management, innovation and project management, and operations management in healthcare settings. Her research on these topics has been published in journals such as Production and Operations Management, Journal of Business Research, The International Journal of Logistics Management. As a young scholar, she has participated and served as session chair in top international scientific conferences and is member of the founding board of the Decision Science Institute-China chapter. She teaches undergraduate course in entrepreneurship, graduate course in operations management, and doctoral seminars.
