University of Georgia Visited SWUFE

On December 19th, Thomas Baker III., Vice President of the University of Georgia, United States, visited SWUFE and signed cooperation agreements. Vice President Yin Qingshuang met him in Teng Xiang Building. Other attendees included representatives from the Physical Education College and the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation. During the meeting, Vice President Yin Qingshuang welcomed Vice President Thomas Baker III.

Thomas Baker III. pointed out that the cooperation agreements are a good continuation of our friendship. We hope to strengthen our cooperation and broaden our areas of cooperation in order to achieve a win-win outcome. Vice President Thomas Baker III. expressed thanks to the university. He said that the two universities have always been close. We hope that we can steadily broaden the scope of cooperation and enrich the contents of bilateral cooperation. According to the cooperation agreements, the University of Georgia will offer five double bachelor's degrees.

The University of Georgia was established in 1785 and is one of the earliest established state universities in the US. In 2016, the University of Georgia was ranked the 59th in the U.S. News College Ranking World Report and achieved the 18th rank in the U.S. Public University Ranking.
